  1. I used a contract cleaner in the past and was charged for a lot of “small print” items I wasn’t expecting. How do I know I won’t experience the same thing with you?

  2. At SanitationCo, what we quote you is what you pay. There is no “small print” or hidden charges with the exception of overtime if required due to unexpected circumstances our customers have encountered. But, even this is made clear up front. We quote you on what it’ll cost to get the job done. We deploy the right number of people, at the right time, to get it done right. We don’t charge by the hour or nickel and dime you to death once we start working with you. Your peace of mind and satisfaction is our number one priority.

  3. My needs are not always the same. My sanitation schedule changes due to various circumstances.

  4. We quote you based on your master sanitation schedule knowing that your requirements may change from time to time. Also, we understand that unexpected changes—both temporary and permanent—may arise. When this happens, we’re happy to revisit your contract and design a new agreement that provides the best value for you.

  5. What about travel time?

  6. We charge a flat fee. What we quote is what you pay. Except for overtime when required, you don’t pay for any extras, including travel time.

  7. Do I have to be concerned with any HR issues?

  8. All of our staff are full-time employees. We take care of all payroll requirements, including deductions at source, vacation pay, and WSIB. We treat our employees well. We pay them above the standard rate of other contract cleaning companies and as a result we have loyal teams and very little voluntary turnover.

  9. This isn’t like cleaning offices. How do I know your cleaners know what they’re doing?

  10. SantiationCo is the extension of our parent company, The Food Safety Alliance (The FSA). We are experts on all things related to food and beverage manufacturing safety. We take our job seriously and make sure all our employees do as well. Everyone is trained extensively before working onsite. We are on top of all federal regulations and compliance requirements. We take food and beverage safety and the well-being of your plant very seriously. Your reputation, and ours, depends on it.

  11. What makes you different from your competitors?

  12. Besides the above points, we employ a team of experts through FSA, including auditors, microbiologists, chemists, equipment designers, and repair technicians. We are not your typical contract cleaning company.

  13. What other benefits might I realize because of The FSA?

  14. Although you’re not obligated to purchase our chemicals—we’ll work with what you presently use—we believe they’re the best. And if you decide to use chemicals from FSA, we’ll provide you with a “family discount.” Also, because of our unique expertise, our team is trained to look for cost savings for all of our customers; from water and chemicals to labour, we’ll do our best to help you run your operation more profitably.

  15. I can’t afford to have my plant out of production for even half an hour. What assurance can you provide that my shifts will always start on time.
  16. We guarantee it. If we mess up and your production is hampered because of it, we’ll cover our share of the blame.
